IMPORTANT: Avoid installing Cloud Connectors near electronic equipment such as computers, printers and DO NOT install under countertops or inside of cabinets.

Acceptable Installation Locations:
Wall mount using an elevated power outlet (above 6 ft)
Ceiling mount on the surface of a drop ceiling
CONNECTING the CCON

CCON must be claimed to connect to cellular data
CCON should be claimed & confirmed online prior to installing any sensors
Pay attention to the status indicator light on the front of the CCON
Flashing white light = Connecting
Solid white light = Connected
Red Light = CCON's can have a red light if they need to update firmware. If red light persists for longer than 5 minutes, take troubleshooting steps
Wall installation can also be completed using the adhesive on the mounting plate if the surface in not apropriate for drilling (tile)
